FEASIBILITY STUDY :

2.1.1 Technical Feasibility :
This phase of the feasibility analysis deals with the computer-oriented feasibility of the system. As the name suggests, this phase tackles the technical problems of the system. The questions to be discussed are:
Q.1:  Is proposed technology or solution practical?
Ans: Yes, because the platform, the language & various kind of software that we are going to use to develop the system are beneficial in terms of the long used and that supports object oriented programming concept etc & thus this is a practical solution to the problem.
Q.2:  Do we currently posses the necessary technology?
Ans: Yes, The technology & software that we are going to use are available with us.
Q.3:  Do we have necessary technical expertise?
Ans: Yes, We do have necessary technical expertise with us as a mentor, technical leader and project manager. So, that development would be compatible with the schedule. But certain kind of training is required for the particular technology but it will not make an adverse effect on the development schedule.
2.1.2 Time Schedule Feasibility :
·      This is again a very important phase of the feasibility analysis. This phase explains the importance of time-limits in the organization.
·      It tells whether we have completed the assigned task under proposed time
Durations or not.
·      According to the current scenario, we have completed our SRS, Feasibility analysis, UI, data base design and almost completed the coding phase.
·      So, as far as current scenario is concerned the project is scheduled feasible with prescribed format.

2.1.3 Operational Feasibility :

The operational feasibility is always a totally people-oriented approach. During this phase of feasibility analysis, the singular point-of-view is the people, the main users of the system. The problems that are likely to be faced by the users while operating on the system are thoroughly discussed during this phase. The main proposals are:
Q.1:  Is the problem worth solving or will the solution to the problem work?
Ans: Yes, The problem is of course worth-solving because current system is much slower and less efficient then our proposing system. The feasibility can be somewhat dependent on:
Performance
Performance of the system is good in terms of good throughput. All the users will get satisfactory information and get efficient output.
Information
All necessary information regarding the queries about the system would be available at correct time to the user in an efficient manner for e.g. user can visit the Frequently Asked Question page and can have answers at a moment.
Efficiency
All the resources available will be used up to good extent. They would almost 100% utilized and they would have been used in an appreciable manner. We also make reusable components and use it as required.
